Fresh off a highly successful onboarding event, the Dabba team isn’t slowing down. Instead, we’re accelerating, heading on an ambitious three-event circuit that will take us from Singapore to Mumbai over the next 10 days. This is Solana APEX Singapore 2025, Token 2049 Singapore, and Solana APEX Mumbai — three of the most influential gatherings in the global Web3 ecosystem, and we’re bringing our story of real-world infrastructure and community empowerment to each one.
If you’re attending any of these events, come find us. Meet the team building India’s decentralized internet revolution.
This is our live chronicle, updated in real-time as we navigate airports, conference halls, side events, and everything in between.
Event #1: APEX Singapore 2025
APEX Singapore stands as one of Asia’s premier Web3 gatherings, bringing together founders, investors, developers, and ecosystem. The event serves as a critical nexus for DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) projects, making it the perfect stage for Dabba to showcase how tokenized infrastructure is solving real connectivity challenges at scale.
With over 3,000 attendees expected, including leading VCs, protocol developers, and infrastructure pioneers, APEX Singapore represents an opportunity to position Dabba not just as an India-focused ISP alternative, but as a blueprint for how communities worldwide can own their digital infrastructure.
Dawn from Dabba is leading our Singapore expedition. Here’s how it’s unfolding:

Saturday, 27th September 2025 | 3:30 AM UTC
Departure: Running on Excitement and Caffeine
Sleep? Barely. The excitement of what’s ahead makes rest nearly impossible. At 3:30 AM UTC, Dawn is at the airport, boarding pass in hand, ready for the Singapore leg of our three-event journey.
The pre-flight mindset: There’s something uniquely energizing about traveling to represent something you’ve built. This isn’t just attending a conference, it’s carrying the story of 14,000 deployed hotspots, 70,000 daily users, and 20+ local cable operators who are proving that decentralized infrastructure works at scale.

Dawn’s pre-flight notes: “The energy before these events is always electric. You’re about to spend three days talking to hundreds of people who are building the future of decentralized systems. Some will become partners, some will join the community, and some might just share incredible ideas that make you think differently about what we’re building. That’s the magic of IRL events, you never know which conversation will change everything.”
Sunday, 29th September 2025 | Touchdown in Singapore
The Team Assembles: Singapore Arrival
What started as Dawn’s solo mission just became a full team operation. Karam Lakshman, Dabba’s CEO, has joined the Singapore contingent, bringing the full force of Dabba’s leadership to APEX.
There’s something powerful about having the two on the ground together. Dawn brings the technical infrastructure story, the nuts and bolts of how we’ve deployed 14,000 hotspots and built a sustainable DePIN model. Karam brings the vision, the big picture of why community-owned infrastructure matters and where Dabba fits in the global Web3 narrative.
The energy shift: When it’s just one person representing a project, you’re networking. When the founding team shows up together, you’re making a statement: We’re serious. We’re here. And we’re building something that matters.
Singapore’s Web3 scene is buzzing. The city has positioned itself as Asia’s crypto hub, and APEX is ground zero for the region’s most ambitious infrastructure projects. For Dabba, this isn’t just about attending an event, it’s about establishing our presence in Southeast Asia, a region with a growing appetite for decentralized solutions.

Team strategy session: Over coffee (because jet lag is real), Dawn and Karam mapped out the game plan:
- Podcast circuit: Line up conversations with Web3 media to tell the Dabba story
- Creator collaborations: Partner with Southeast Asian crypto KOLs who can amplify our message
- Potential Partner meetings: Connect with potential partners focused on real-world utility and infrastructure
- Community building: Meet the people who will help Dabba expand beyond India
The excitement is palpable. Tomorrow, the real work begins.

Building Dabba’s Story for Southeast Asia
Location: Various locations across Singapore
If Sunday was about arrival and strategy, Monday was about execution. And execution meant content, meetings and building relationships.
The Web3 ecosystem runs on narrative as much as it runs on technology. You can build the best infrastructure in the world, but if people don’t understand your story, your vision, and your impact, you might as well be invisible. Today was about making sure Dabba’s story reaches every corner of the Southeast Asian Web3 community.
Recording deep-dive conversations with Southeast Asia’s leading Web3 podcasters. Not just surface-level marketing interviews but substantive discussions about:
- How DePINs are solving real infrastructure gaps that traditional telecom has ignored
- Why tokenization creates better incentive alignment than corporate structures
- What it really takes to deploy physical infrastructure in emerging markets
- How Dabba’s model can scale beyond India to address global connectivity challenges
Creator collaborations: Singapore and broader Southeast Asia have a vibrant ecosystem of crypto creators and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) who help communities discover and evaluate new projects. Today was about building relationships with these storytellers.
The team met with video creators, Twitter influencers, and Telegram community leaders who focus on DePIN projects and real-world blockchain adoption.

The Southeast Asian Connection:
What became clear throughout the day: Southeast Asia gets what we’re building. The region faces many of the same connectivity challenges as India—underserved rural populations, telecom oligopolies, high costs relative to income levels, and massive untapped demand for affordable internet.

The creators and community builders the team is meeting aren’t just interested in Dabba as an investment opportunity. They are interested in Dabba as a model that could be replicated in their own markets. Could the LCO partnership approach work in Indonesia? Could community-owned hotspots solve Thailand’s rural connectivity problems? Could the Philippines benefit from tokenized infrastructure ownership?
These questions validate everything we’ve been building. Dabba isn’t just solving an India problem, we’re pioneering a globally relevant approach to infrastructure democracy.
Karam’s evening reflection: “Today reminded me why IRL events matter. You can explain your project in a Medium post or a Twitter thread, but there’s something different about sitting across from someone, showing them live data from your network, and watching them understand… really understand, what you’re building. That’s when the community becomes a movement.”
Tuesday, 1st October 2025 | APEX Day
On the Floor: Dabba at Solana APEX
Location: APEX Singapore Main Venue
This is what we came for. After days of preparation, and travel Dawn and Karam hit the floor at Solana APEX Singapore, surrounded by thousands of builders, investors, and ecosystem leaders who are shaping the future of decentralized infrastructure.
APEX Singapore transformed the Marina Bay Sands convention center into Web3 command central. Multiple stages hosting panels and keynotes, hundreds of booths showcasing the latest in blockchain innovation, and networking zones packed with conversations that range from technical deep-dives to vision-casting about Web3’s next decade.
The Solana ecosystem presence is massive as this is their flagship Asian event, and they’ve brought together the full spectrum of projects building on the network. From DeFi protocols to NFT platforms to infrastructure projects like Dabba, the diversity of use cases on display demolishes any lingering narrative that blockchain is only about speculation.

Team Dabba’s Strategy:
Our strategy for the event is to do one thing: prove that DePINs are real. No vaporware, no mockups, no “coming soon” promises. Just live data from a working network.
- Real-time dashboard showing our 14,000 deployed hotspots across India
- Live user metrics: 70,000 daily active users generating actual network demand
- Revenue transparency: Monthly revenue figures demonstrating sustainable unit economics
- Growth projections backed by real connection requests and LCO partnerships
- Interactive map showing deployment density and expansion plans

Key Conversations:
With other DePIN builders: The infrastructure track at APEX created natural connections with teams building decentralized storage, compute, energy, and connectivity solutions. These conversations went deep into the operational realities of deploying physical infrastructure through token incentives:
- How do you balance token rewards with fiat sustainability?
- What’s the right vesting schedule for hardware deployers?
- How do you prevent gaming of reward systems?
- What regulatory challenges are emerging in different markets?
With Potential Partners: Those focused on real-world utility and infrastructure were particularly interested in Dabba’s model. The questions were sophisticated:
- Unit economics breakdown across different deployment densities
- Customer acquisition costs via LCO partnerships vs. direct marketing
- Competitive moat against traditional telecom if they decide to compete aggressively
- Expansion strategy beyond India into other emerging markets
- Token mechanics and how buyback-and-burn creates sustainable value

Dawn on the floor: “The best part about being at APEX isn’t the formal presentations,it’s the hallway conversations. Someone walks up because they like our stickers, then 20 minutes later you’re discussing how to structure token emissions for optimal network growth. That’s the magic of these events.”
Karam’s big-picture takeaway: “What we’re seeing here validates our entire thesis. The Web3 ecosystem is hungry for projects that solve real problems with working solutions. Everyone’s tired of empty promises. When we show live data from 14,000 hotspots serving 70,000 daily users, the response is visceral. This is what Web3 adoption actually looks like.”
Event #2: Token 2049 Singapore
Token 2049 represents the pinnacle of global crypto gatherings. It’s a flagship event that brings together over 20,000 attendees including founders, investors, developers, and industry leaders from across the blockchain ecosystem. Held annually in Singapore and Dubai, Token 2049 has become the must-attend event for anyone serious about the future of Web3.
Wednesday, 1st October 2025 | Token 2049 Day 1
From APEX to Token 2049: The Circuit Intensifies
Location: Token 2049 Main Venue, Singapore
Less than 24 hours after wrapping at APEX, Dawn and Karam are back on the event floor. This time at Token 2049, where the energy is notably different. While APEX focused heavily on the Solana ecosystem and DePIN builders, Token 2049 casts a wider net across the entire Web3 landscape.
The scale is staggering. Multiple conference halls, hundreds of side events, and an atmosphere where billion-dollar deals happen in hallway conversations. This is where Web3’s power players converge, and Team Dabba is right in the mix.
What makes Token 2049 different:
The audience is broader, not just DePIN enthusiasts, but DeFi builders, NFT platforms, institutional investors, and traditional finance players exploring blockchain. This means Dabba’s story needs to translate beyond the crypto-native crowd to people asking fundamental questions: “Why should infrastructure be decentralized? How does this actually make money?”
The answers come easy when you have real data. 14,000 deployed hotspots. 70,000 daily users burning 130TB+ of data daily.
Captured moments:
📸 Dawn and Karam at the Token 2049 entrance—ready to bring Dabba’s story to the world’s biggest crypto stage. The energy is palpable, the mission is clear: prove that DePINs are the future of infrastructure.

📸 Karam Pensive!

Dawn’s Token 2049 takeaway: “APEX was about finding our tribe—connecting with other DePIN builders who understand the challenges we face. Token 2049 is about showing the broader ecosystem that infrastructure isn’t just a niche use case—it’s the foundation for everything Web3 wants to accomplish.”
Karam’s perspective: “The questions we’re getting here are more sophisticated, more financial, more strategic. People aren’t asking if community-owned infrastructure works—they’re asking how fast can you scale and how can I participate. That’s the shift we needed to see.”
On air with Pukecast
One of the standout moments of Day 2 came when the team sat down at the Pukecast studio with for an in-depth conversation about Dabba’s mission and the bigger picture of decentralized infrastructure.
📸 Karam in the Pukecast studio—headphones on, microphone live, diving deep into the technical and philosophical foundations of what we’re building. This wasn’t a surface-level promotional interview; this was a genuine exploration of ideas.
What we discussed:
- The Dabba story: From recognizing the telecom duopoly’s failures to building 14,000 hotspots across India
- The future of internet infrastructure: Why community ownership will outcompete centralized models
- Layer Zero matters: How the foundational infrastructure layer enables everything built on top—without reliable, decentralized connectivity, Web3’s promise of democratized access remains hollow
- Token economics that work: Breaking down our buyback-and-burn model and why linking real revenue to token value creates sustainability
- The global vision: How Dabba’s model in India provides blueprints for connectivity challenges worldwide
The Pukecast audience is deeply engaged with Web3 infrastructure projects, making this the perfect platform to go beyond surface-level explanations and really dig into the mechanics, challenges, and vision behind Dabba.
Wednesday, 2nd October 2025 | Token 2049 Day 2
Day 2 of Token 2049 brings deeper conversations, more strategic connections, and the exhausting-but-exhilarating grind of making the most of every moment at a mega-event.
The side event circuit:
Token 2049’s official programming is just the beginning. The real action happens at the dozens of side events—intimate gatherings where specific communities convene for focused discussions. Today, Team Dabba hit multiple side events targeting infrastructure investors and DePIN builders.
Karam with William, host of Dabba Deep In DePIN podcast—connecting with one of the voices amplifying the DePIN narrative across Web3. William’s podcast has become essential listening for anyone serious about decentralized infrastructure, and having him document Dabba’s journey adds another layer to how we’re sharing our story with the global community. These relationships with media partners who genuinely understand what we’re building are invaluable for cutting through the noise.

More Networking
These impromptu gatherings often led to the most meaningful exchanges, founders comparing notes on hardware deployment challenges, investors asking detailed questions about unit economics, and community members eager to understand how they could participate.

More Updates Coming!
Friday, 3rd October 2025 | DePIN Day
When Infrastructure Builders Unite
Location: DePIN Day Event, Singapore
After two intense days at Token 2049’s main venue, Friday brought something special: DePIN Day—a dedicated gathering focused exclusively on Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks.
What is DePIN Day?
While major conferences like Token 2049 cover the entire Web3 spectrum, DePIN Day creates focused space for the infrastructure builders who are bringing blockchain technology into the physical world. It’s where projects building decentralized wireless networks, storage systems, energy grids, sensor networks, and connectivity solutions come together to share learnings, discuss challenges, and collaborate on the future of community-owned infrastructure.

Why it matters for Dabba:
This is our community. Among DeFi protocols and NFT platforms, DePIN projects can sometimes feel like outliers. We’re dealing with hardware logistics, physical deployment challenges, and unit economics tied to real-world operations rather than purely digital token mechanics.
DePIN Day gathers the builders who understand these unique challenges. The conversations here go deeper into the operational realities of deploying physical infrastructure through token incentives: hardware supply chains, installer training, maintenance networks, regulatory navigation, and sustainable reward structures.
Also, Dabba CEO Karam stepped into the spotlight to speak on the theme:
“Fuelling the Decentralized Infrastructure Revolution.”
From redefining last-mile connectivity to building Layer-0 rails for the next generation of DePIN projects, Karam shared how Dabba is transforming real-world infrastructure by empowering local operators, onboarded communities, and token-aligned participation.
His session spotlighted:
- India as the proving ground for decentralized connectivity at scale
- The rise of community-owned networks over legacy telco monopolies
- How Layer-0 infrastructure unlocks scalable deployment for global DePINs
- Bringing real-world usage, liquidity, and ownership into one ecosystem
Event #3: APEX Mumbai – Coming Home
Saturday, 4th October 2025 | The Race to Mumbai
Singapore to Mumbai: No Time to Rest
Friday wraps, bags packed, straight to the airport. Token 2049 Singapore ends and the team has mere hours before APEX Mumbai begins. This is the grind—back-to-back events across continents with just enough time to sleep on the plane.
Dawn and Karam board the flight to Mumbai, knowing the final push of this ambitious circuit awaits. After proving Dabba works on the global stage, it’s time to bring that momentum home.

Sunday, 5th October 2025 | APEX Mumbai Day 1

Monday, 6th October 2025 | APEX Mumbai Day 2
Shubhs Takes Center Stage: Internet Capital Markets
Location: APEX Mumbai Main Stage
Day 2 brings the moment we’ve been building toward: Shubhs presents Dabba’s vision for Internet Capital Marketsfrom the main stage.
📸 Shubhs on stage—breaking down how Dabba transforms internet infrastructure into investable, tokenized assets. The thesis is clear: real-world infrastructure creates real-world revenue that flows onchain, creating sustainable token economics backed by utility, not speculation.
The pitch resonates. Internet Capital Markets isn’t abstract theory—it’s happening now through Dabba’s network. Every hotspot deployed, every user connected, every rupee of revenue converted to onchain value through buyback-and-burn.
The audience gets it. This is what Web3 adoption looks like when it’s driven by necessity rather than novelty.
Circuit Complete: Mission Accomplished
Three events. Ten days. Two countries. Countless conversations, connections, and validations that Dabba’s vision is not just viable—it’s inevitable.

What we achieved across the circuit:
- Showcased Dabba to thousands of global Web3 leaders
- Validated our model with investors across multiple continents
- Built partnerships that will accelerate our next phase
- Proved that DePINs deliver real-world impact at scale
- Brought India’s infrastructure revolution to the global stage
- Connected with communities ready to replicate our model
The numbers we carried:
- 14,000+ deployed hotspots
- 70,000 daily active users
- 50,000+ connection requests
- $1.2M annual revenue
- Real infrastructure. Real impact. Real Web3 adoption.
Closing Thoughts from Dawn
“Ten days, three events, one mission: prove that community-owned infrastructure isn’t just possible—it’s better.
Walking into APEX Singapore, we were one DePIN project among many. Walking out of APEX Mumbai, we’re the proof point that real-world infrastructure creates real Web3 adoption.
The conversations evolved throughout the circuit. Singapore: ‘This is interesting.’ Dubai: ‘This could work.’ Mumbai: ‘How do we replicate this?’
That shift—from curiosity to conviction—is everything.

We met investors who get it, builders who live it, and communities ready to own their digital future. We showed live data when others showed mockups. We discussed revenue when others discussed roadmaps. We proved scale when others proved concepts.
But the real validation? The 70,000 people using Dabba every day who don’t care about token prices or conference circuits. They just want affordable, reliable internet—and they’re getting it through community-owned infrastructure.
This circuit wasn’t about us. It was about proving a model that can transform how infrastructure gets built globally. Every conversation, every demo, every moment on stage brought us closer to that reality.
Singapore taught us the global Web3 community is ready. Token 2049 showed us the capital is available. Mumbai proved we can execute at scale on home turf.
Next up: taking everything we learned and building even faster. New cities launching. More LCOs onboarding. The Dabba Vault approaching. And millions more Indians about to discover that internet ownership is their right, not a privilege.
The circuit is complete. The movement continues.
See you onchain.”
