There are multiple reports that detail how India’s leading public agency for weather forecast, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) lacks when it comes to collecting localized weather data.
These weather monitoring devices, powered by Dabba’s network and deployed by its on-ground partners will:
- Record real-time and hyper-local weather data like temperature, humidity, and rainfall.
- Recorded weather data can be used to deliver hyper-localized insights to farmers, agro-businesses, and disaster management authorities.
